• Individuals can get the membership to RADIANCE VIP Member Program after spent Rp 15.000.000,- in one purchase (not including hGH treatments) without any administration fee.
• Membership to the RADIANCE VIP Member Program continues for 12 months from the time of first purchasing. After those period, the membership can continue with a purchasing of Rp 3.000.000,-.
• VIP Member benefit provided is the 20% discount applies to the relevant Member’s total bill including botox, dermal filler, laser treatments, mesotherapy and facial treatments.
• Only the Member stated on the VIP card may use the VIP Card.
• The Member must produce the original VIP Card or official ID card in order to obtain any discount.
• Discount shall only apply to full priced standard price of any treatments or goods sold by RADIANCE.
• Member discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, special offers, discounts, or coupons, and certain holidays or periods, unless specifically authorized.
• The VIP Card is non transferable and any offer or discount cannot be redeemed for cash.
• RADIANCE may suspend, terminate, cancel, revoke or vary the VIP Card or any offer in connection with the VIP Card at any time without notice.
• Lost or stolen RADIANCE VIP Card must be reported to RADIANCE.
• By signing the VIP Card application you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as varied from time to time by RADIANCE. All variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be available from the office of RADIANCE.
